1. always turn on the GYMTASTIC before placing it on the body.

2. use speeds 1-2 for muscle recovery and speeds 3-5 for a soothing massage and to warm up the muscles before training.

3. simply glide the GYMTASTIC over the muscles that need the most attention and let the massage gun do the work for you. Gently move it up and down the muscle, applying light to medium pressure as needed.

4. remember to breathe and relax so that your muscles can loosen up while the GYMTASTIC is working to its full potential.

We recommend using your GYMTASTIC massage gun for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. You should not exceed 15 minutes per massage session. Depending on the desired result, you can do 2-3 massage sessions a day.

30 SECONDS: MUSCLE ACTIVATION

Before training or physical activity, glide the massage gun over the desired area for 30 seconds to activate and 'wake up' your muscles.

15 SECONDS: MUSCLE REACTIVATION

Reactivate your muscles during training or other activity with a short 10-15 second application to the muscle group in question. Muscles are reactivated by breaking down lactic acid and promoting maximum blood flow.

2 MINUTES: PAIN RELIEF AND RECOVERY

Gently glide your massage gun over the muscles for up to 2 minutes to recover after training. This reduces muscle soreness and increases recovery time

At the beginning of the treatment, we recommend daily application to particularly affected areas of the body. As soon as the first results appear, you can reduce the application to 3-4 per week to achieve the best results.

Before use, you should cleanse your skin and remove any oil residue. It is best to use the cream after showering with a scrub and then allow the skin to dry thoroughly before applying the anti-cellulite cream.
